Introduction
It is used for mechanical treatment of municipal sewage and
industrial waste water, filtration of floating, precipitated and
suspended substances in sewage. Due to the inclined installation of
wedge-shaped screen drum, it prevents the separation of filter
residue when the wedge-shaped screen drum flows in and out of the
screen drum. At the same time, the screen is cleaned by the nozzle
on the drum, and the filter residue is compressed and dehydrated
while being fished out. At the same time, the filter residue is
sent out of the water channel, and is also pressed and dehydrated.
The fine grid is a cylinder type drum with rotation, which has the
function of central screw transmission and function. The three in
one function of filtering, transmission and pressing of the fine
grid is driven by a gear motor.

screen , It is composed of many same rake gear parts interlaced and
parallel assembled into a set of closed rake gear chain, driven by
the motor and reducer, through a set of grooved wheels and chain
