strcuture is very simple, so the operation and maintenance is easy.

The design and manufacture of the gravity belt sludge thickener can
adapt to the harsh working environment of high temperature and 100%
humidity in the dehydrating room, and ensure the stable and
reliable operation of the equipment.
The gravity belt sludge thickener runs smoothly and normally, no
impact, vibration and abnormal sound. All parts are tested and
qualified before assembling.
The flocculated material is uniformly sent to the filter belt
through the fabric mechanism to carry on the gravity concentration.
In this section, there is a long horizontal movement and a small
angle rising, and the material moves with the filter belt. Under
the action of gravity, free water is separated from the floc and
removed most free water in the material.
